A: Deposits are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, emergencies, or weather at photography discretion.
Q: Can I bring props or pets?
A: Absolutely! Props and pets can add personality to your photos. Just let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly.
Q: What if my child doesn't cooperate?
A: No worries—kids will be kids! I keep sessions relaxed and follow their lead when needed. Some of the best photos come from candid moments, and I'll do my best to make the experience fun and stress-free for everyone.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll reschedule for the next available date that works for both of us. I'll be monitoring the forecast and will reach out if a change is needed.
Q: How long until I receive my gallery?
A: Most galleries are delivered within 3-7 days, though turnaround time may vary during busy seasons.
Q: Can I purchase additional images?
A: Absolutely! Additional images can be purchased after you receive your gallery.
Q: Can pets be included?
A: Yes! Pets are part of the family too, and they're welcome to join your session.
Q: Do you travel?
A: Absolutely! I love exploring new locations. Travel fees may apply for sessions outside my local area.
Q: What happens if I'm late?
A: Please let me know as soon as possible. I allow a short grace period, but session time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
